On July 1, a regional conference call was held wih the Southwest Region Region Grand Recorders. These calls will be mentioned in the Decryption as a way to nofify every Companion of what is happening with each Region. The Jurisdictional Highlights of the call are below. Other Regional Calls will be covered in the upcoming weeks.

1. GGR Office
   1. Annual Returns are according to the Constitution regular date.
   2. Zoom is available for up to 500
   3. Letter – Voting for General Grand Council Triennial will be electronic.
      1. The Triennial Committee is looking into further questions for the Trustees to determine whether an in person meeting is viable to any degree.
      2. In-person presence of the General Grand Council at Louisville to be determined by EOM July.
2. Triennial
   1. Still moving forward.
   2. Crowne Plaza Airport – Louisville, KY.
   3. Legislation is getting ready to be shared for review.
      1. A lot of activity and work being done to improve.
   4. GGC is working diligently to have a drop back position that is prepared and viable.
   5. Decision as to in person vs. electronic is July 1, 2020.
3. CMMRF Update
   1. Electronic Board Meeting next few weeks.
   2. Regional Chair Meetings Quarterly
   3. “Public speak” translations have been coming through the Decryption.
   4. Presentations and Chair resources are being developed.
   5. Oppenheimer – Broker – Regular updates.
   6. Steering toward a habit of communication and service to the “feet on the ground.”
4. Regional  – Cancelled in person
   1. York Rite Leadership Program – Premier Online classroom – Leadership 101.
   2. October 20, 31 1 PM Pacific. Chapter in the Morning.
   3. Dr. Murphy – CMMRF will reach out.
5. Jurisdictional News
   1. AZ- August 15, 2020, Zoom
      1. Not meeting at all.
   2. CA – June 20, 2020 – Zoom Conference
   3. HI – Looking at opening up the state for tourism
   4. NV – York Rite is closed until September

      2. Workshop August 23, 2020 – Zoom – 0900 PDT
   5. NM – New Grand Master, Grand High Priest, Grand Illustrious Master, Grand Commander.
      1. Sessions on June 20. Zoom, went well.

   6. UT – August 1, 2020 – $10.00 – Zoom – 8 AM – 2 PM
