Refund & Return Policy
The General Grand Council of Cryptic Masons International strives to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the policy below before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging is required.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Certain health or personal care products.
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous or flammable materials.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items showing signs of use, opened media products, items returned with missing parts not caused by our error, or returns received more than thirty days after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Exchanges

Gift Purchases
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an appropriate gift credit may be issued upon approval of the return. Otherwise, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
