On Saturday July 9, 2022 at 2pm prior to the official start of Maggie Valley, North Carolinas\’ Councils of Royal and Select Masters held a Super Excellent Master\’s Degree. The Degree was held at the Waynesville Council\’s meeting place. The Raleigh and Fayetteville Councils are the two who have traditionally conferred the degree in the state of North Carolina. Those Councils provided most of the cast. There were 26 candidates who received the degree.
