Registration Information
The registration deadline is Monday August 10, 2026. No exceptions. Registration for this Triennial is very different from years past. There have been many changes in the way hotels and venues do business. In order to secure a venue for our meeting they are requiring more guarantees for rooms, meals and functions. In order to meet these requirements and secure the best possible prices for you, our delegates, we have made many changes.
The registration fee for this Triennial is $630.00 per delegate. This fee will cover the registration cost, admission to the Sunday General Opening, both the General Grand Chapter and General Grand Council sessions, lunch and banquet on Monday and lunch and banquet on Tuesday. If you desire to purchase additional meal tickets for a guest, they will be available on the registration form. There will be an option to purchase breakfast on Monday and/or Tuesday for yourself and/or a guest. The cost is $55.00 per person.

The Triennial will take place at the Capitol Hilton Hotel, 1001 16th NW Street, Washington, D.C.

The deadline for reserving your rooms is Monday, July 28, 2026. No exceptions. The special room rate of $199.00 per night (plus taxes and fees) has been secured. Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
If you are driving to the Triennial, there are parking lots available around the hotel or at the hotel. Please note the cost for hotel parking when making your reservations.
If you are flying to the Triennial, you will need to take either a cab, Uber, Lyft, or subway. Neither the hotel nor the triennial committee offer any shuttle service.
Washington, D.C. is a very special place. There are so many things to do and see while in Washington, D.C. plus 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Our hotel has agreed to extend the very, very favorable rate of $199.00 plus taxes and fees to those attending the Triennial. These rates are available from August 25 through September 5 if you would like to extend your stay and see the wonderful sights and activities of the city. Make your reservations accordingly with the hotel.
