Louisiana Super Excellent Master Degree
The Super Excellent Master was presented at the W. A. Morris York Rite Workshop on Saturday, January 20, 2024 in Alexandria, LA.
M: I: Michael Laurence, PMIGM 2018, LA State Ambassador for GGCCMI, was the driving force and Degree Master in the second annual Super Excellent Master Degree conferred on eighteen (18) new candidates.
The conferral was opened in the SEM Council, Calcasieu Council #19 R&SM, Charter being present.
The conferral was done at the City of Alexandria Lodge located on Horseshoe Drive by a nice size degree team from those Companions assigned by the Degree Master. The Companions wanted to be chosen to be part of the conferral.
Our R: P:C: Wm. Keith Powell, GGCCMI Principal Conductor of the Work, was assigned to three (3) parts of the conferral.
This conferral of the SEM is being at to be done annually and this has brought much excitement amongst the Council Companions. M: I: Michael Laurence is making plans to procure Props, regalia, and send donations to CMMRF.
M: I: Wilson Cook, when conferral was completed, he closed the opened Calcasieu Council #19 in a summary manner.
