On April 1, a conference call was held with the Northwest Regional Recorders. A summary of the call is below.

Alaska

• Alaska is limited and restricted on meetings.
• Opening up in Anchorage.

Colorado

• Opening up – governed by locality.

Idaho

• Grand Sessions
  • April 15-17, 2021
  • Lewiston, ID
  • In-Person
• Open partially for meetings

Montana

• Masonic Lodges are meeting.
• Other appendant bodies are meeting.

Oregon

• Grand Sessions
  • Postponed until 2022 – Due to restrictions
  • Commandery – April 10
• Meetings – Opening up slowly –
  • 25% vaccinated
  • Likely more interest toward Fall

Washington

• Grand Master – May 1, 2021 – Can open normally
  • Social distancing will be in place, mask, sanitizer, etc.
  • Lodge sanitized before and after each meeting.

  • May 14-15, 2021
    • Chapter – Friday Morning (Good amount of work to be done)

  • Restrictions on large outdoor gatherings.
• Meetings –
  • Meeting according to leadership (local)
  • Generally avoiding travel and practicing social distancing.
• Festival this past weekend – 7 Companions.

CMMRF

• Exceeded the $50K Challenge Grant.
• Lots of new projects and planning to come!
  • Empowering the State Chairmen.
  • Working with Indiana University.

General Grand Council

• Triennial packages are getting prepared.
