Blessed are You Adonai, our God, Ruler of the World, who made us holy through your commandments and commanded us to light the Hanukkah Light.
Blessed are You Adonai, our God, Ruler of the World, who made miracles possible for our ancestors in those days at this same season.
Blessed are You Adonai, our God, Ruler of the World, who has kept us alive and enabled us to reach this season of life.
The above is the three blessing that are sung prior to lighting the candles during Hanukkah. If you read them you will find hope, faith, and belief. As Cryptic Masons there is not much else that we could ever ask for that we find hope, faith, and belief in God. In a normal year these are powerful prayers but this year more than ever they help to remind all of us that there is a greater power in the world and that is God.
